I love it. We grew up on U.S. 20th century history. I don't have such joyously dramatic photos from my Father. He served aboard ship from 1936 until the end of WWII. He was on four fronts. Nordic, Western, Pacific and Mediterranean. I think that's what they were designated. Then he went to sea again for the Korean War. We have beautiful pictures during his time aboard ship during the Korean War. A photographer wanted to buy some of them. My brother was born while he was at sea and they threw a big party for my Father with a giant sheet cake with a clown saying, "IT'S A BOY!" Now I understand why he probably wanted to buy them, Coca-Cola bottles were so well placed in all of them.
